Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, amazing location not far from coffee shops, Kinosaki Onsen, and train station. Reasonably large and good sized rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and a fridge. Good sleep in a very comfy bed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kinosaki Onsen. the location couldn't have been better - just a short walk from the train station and close to all the attractions in town. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The room was so comfortable and they even provided makeup cleansing oil, which I didn't expect. Lastly, the staff were wonderful and made me feel right at home. I can't wait to go back!

The private onsen was definitely the highlight of the stay, offering a unique and relaxing experience. Another great thing was the cozy and comfortable room, which made for a good night's rest. The hotel's location was also very convenient, only a short walk away from the train station and close to plenty of restaurants and cafes.
The staff's lack of English proficiency made communication very difficult. This was made worse by the lack of clear signage around the hotel, making it hard to navigate.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, the attention to detail is impressive, with small touches like complimentary bottled water and tea, and beautiful Japanese sweet cakes waiting in the room. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the station, making it convenient for exploring the area. And let's not forget the delicious and varied breakfast, served in traditional Japanese style - a great way to start the day.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Secondly, the attention to detail in this hotel is commendable. From the beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable western-style beds, to the traditional yukatas provided for guests, every aspect of our stay was carefully thought out. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel was truly outstanding. The traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious and served with great care. Staying just off the train station is so convenient for exploring the area. Our room was clean and comfortable with a traditional feel. The hosts were attentive and friendly, providing us with comfortable yukatas and offering a traditional Japanese breakfast, which was always delicious. We enjoyed experiencing the tranquil and beautiful private Onsen on-site.
One aspect of the hotel made our stay a bit uncomfortable. We had to select a room at check-in, and the staff chose a single bed room for us, even though we were traveling as two friends of opposite genders.

Had a decent Christmas Experience
Really enjoyed the hot bath for guests – it was very relaxing after a long day. the location near the station was helpful. However, the highlight for me was the festive atmosphere. The decorations were incredible and brought warmth to the holiday season.
Although the setting was delightful, I was disappointed by the lack of planned activities for a Christmas stay. It didn't feel like a real Christmas celebration, which was a shame.
